Qu99 introduced its voucher code system to give players even more value beyond standard bonuses. It's the simplest way to unlock special rewards — get a code, enter it into your account, and your bonus is credited immediately. It really is that straightforward.
Many players in Bangladesh assume voucher codes come with hidden catches. At qu99, it's the opposite — the terms for every voucher code are written in plain language, with nothing hidden.
Every voucher code has an expiry date. Once it expires, the code will no longer work. It's best to redeem your code as soon as you receive it.
Many people confuse vouchers with bonuses. Bonuses are added automatically, while vouchers require you to manually enter a code. Vouchers are typically offered for special occasions or to members of specific groups.
If you've entered a code but haven't received a bonus, first check that the code is correct — extra spaces from copy-pasting are a common issue. Also verify the expiry date. If the problem persists, contact qu99's live chat support; most issues are resolved within minutes.
Typically, only one voucher bonus can be active at a time. Once you meet the wagering requirements for a bonus, you can proceed to use your next voucher. However, referral bonuses and deposit bonuses may sometimes be used together. Contact support for more details.
The higher you climb in qu99's VIP program, the more voucher benefits you unlock.
Vouchers and bonuses are meant to enhance your enjoyment — not as a reason to play beyond your means. Always play within your limits. qu99 is for individuals aged 18 and above only. For more information, please visit our Responsible Gaming View page.
